Realm rules and choices
Privacy Notice
This notice explains what data we use, why, with whom we may share it, and how to exercise your rights. Choosing to receive news by email and choosing to enable optional cookies are independent of accepting the Terms.
Version 2026-10-01 · Updated on
1. Responsible service and contact
Auren Online is the service responsible for the processing described in this notice. For questions, requests about your data, or cancellation of communications, write to support@auren-online.com.
2. Data processed and purposes
To authenticate and maintain your account, we receive from Google the data needed to sign in, such as an identifier, name, profile picture, and email address. We store account status, your beta spot, hero, inventory, progress, virtual transactions, results, and participation in guilds, the Arena, and other activities to provide the game.
Chat messages, reports, feedback, and contacts with support may be used to provide those features, investigate abuse, and respond to requests. IP address, technical access information, error logs, and security signals help maintain the service, prevent fraud, and protect players.
We record your acceptance of the Terms, acknowledgment of this notice, and choices about news, together with their versions, dates, and your account identifier. To document these actions and protect the account, the record may also include session information, IP address, and browser information. If you select the separate news option, we use your email for campaigns, events, and updates. Without a recorded affirmative choice, we do not include the account in campaigns. You can unsubscribe in the game or through the link in each message; emails necessary for the account and security are handled separately.
3. Grounds for processing
We use data needed to perform the requested functions and comply with applicable obligations; security and abuse prevention records may rely on legitimate interest where appropriate, with an assessment of players' rights. News by email and optional cookies depend on a separate, affirmative, revocable choice. Withdrawal does not make processing carried out before it unlawful.
4. Providers and transfers
We use Google for sign-in; AWS infrastructure and services to host the game, store data, and send emails through Amazon SES; and security and access verification services, such as Cloudflare Turnstile, when invoked. These providers receive only the data relevant to the function they perform and may process it outside Brazil, under their contracts and protective measures.
If you choose optional cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may measure usage and performance. These services have their own policies. Real-money purchases are disabled during the beta; if enabled, this notice will be updated before a payment processor is used.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies and storage maintain sign-in, security, and preferences. Optional analytics tools remain disabled until you choose them. You can accept or reject those analytics and change your choice in “Cookie Preferences,” available in the footer of public pages.
The cookie choice does not control news emails, and the email choice does not enable analytics or advertising tools. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from playing.
6. Retention and protection
We retain account and progress data while the account is active and for any additional period needed for security, requests, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Technical records and recovery copies follow their own retention periods. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it as appropriate.
We use access controls, protected communications, and monitoring to reduce risks. No system is infallible; notify us if you notice suspicious activity.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability where applicable, anonymization or deletion in cases provided by law, and review of solely automated decisions where applicable. To protect the account, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Send requests to support@auren-online.com. You may also withdraw from news emails in the game's preferences or through the link in a message, and change optional cookies through the footer. Complaints may be submitted to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority.
8. Adolescents and minimum age
Auren Online allows access from age 16. People aged 16 and 17 are adolescents: their account, game, chat, and report data is processed for the purposes explained in this notice, with consideration for their protection and best interests. Registration does not request a date of birth or perform automatic document-based age verification at this stage.
Adolescents may talk with their parent or guardian about email and cookie choices and ask for help exercising their rights. Parents or guardians may also write to support@auren-online.com about account security, access, or data. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm the parental or guardian relationship before fulfilling a request. If we learn that an account is being used by a person under 16, we may restrict access and review the associated data.
9. Versions of this notice
The version and date appear on this page. If we significantly change how data is used, we will communicate the change and ask for a new choice when required. Continued use of the game does not turn silence into authorization for optional emails or cookies.
